FPP FLOW METERS

The TS series flow meters are a kind of oval gear flow meter. All models are NTEP certificated for Custody Transfer service in US (knew than NIST before). The meters can measure from 4 GPM (15 LPM) up to 264 GPM (1,000 LPM) in its different models. The TS series flow meters have inlet/outlet sizes from ¾”; 1”; 1,5”; 2” and 3”, anodized aluminum or stainless steel body, without metal to metal contact inside the measuring chamber and it is available in several configuration variety that include strainer, air eliminator, preset valve, mechanics register, electronic registers and so on. With only two moving parts has exceptional low drop pressure characteristic aprox. 0,17 - 0,27 PSI (2,5 - 4 BAR).

Repeatability: +/- 0.05%.

Linearity: + / - 0.25%.

Anodized aluminum or Stainless Steel body.

Maximum pressure allowable of 150; 350 and 400 PSI at 104°F (10; 24 and 28 Bar at 40°C) depending on models (Safety Factor 3:1).

Approvals: Custody Transfer NTEP, CE mark, UL, cUL y ATEX.

Operating Temperature Range: -40°F to 302°F (-40°C to 150°C).

Range of measurement as models: 40 GPM; 60 GPM; 150 GPM, 200 GPM and 250 GPM for 1.500 SSU (150 LPM; 230 LPM; 570 LPM, 760 LPM and 1,000 LPM for 300 cP).

Connection options: NPT, BSP, ANSI 150 flange.

Electronic flow meter sensor option: Hall Effect, Quadrature Hall Effect.

Mechanics meter with pulse output optional. Seals: Viton or Teflon.
